Trying to do a product comparison.

It looks like the units with F1/F2 buttons can do the battery management where as the others can not.

On their web page and Amazon they have a Multi Car Unit for 5 different makes of your choosing for $175. Doesn't seem like a bad deal if you have multiple brand cars that you work on where as the iCarsoft Pro which can do all the brands is $300

Cyberbug - let us know what you find out. I have the POR II. I wonder if it is upgradable and can take software updates. .

Seems like the V2.0 version (with the 2 F buttons) is the one to have then, no? Found one for $145 in Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/iCarsoft-Diagnostic-Scanner-PORSCHE-Service/dp/B07F2WF96Y/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1547060917&sr=8-3&keywords=porsche+icarsoft+por+v2.0 https://www.amazon.com/iCarsoft-Diagnostic-Scanner-PORSCHE-Service/dp/B07F2WF96Y/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1547060917&sr=8-3&keywords=porsche+icarsoft+por+v2.0

Does this one also need to be updated before use? Hope not. I've also ran into 'techinical issues' when having to do that. Thx.
