Default Operation Carbon Complete

It all began from the unbearable Houston sun on the stock shiny trim, and I decided to rid the car of all possible glare. After spending an arm and a leg on all the parts, I'm happy to report it is now drivable in even the highest of noons. I got all the interior carbon parts from DB Carbon, and they were very helpful in getting the right weave and finish. I also added a carbon and alcantara 991.2 steering wheel to complete the whole package. Some may have already seen my custom setup for the leather boon on the PDK (about which I've had some messages). If anyone has any questions about the parts, the install, etc, I'm happy to help.

I bought some stuff from DB Carbon, certainly one of the best outfits out there for CF. Nice job. Looks great! Worth the $$.

Is the rim of the steering wheel actually rigid CF? How do you like gripping that instead of a soft surface?

Yes, wasn't difficult at all. If you need any help with choosing, ordering, or installing, I'm happy to help.

the wheel is a CF pattern leather. I've tried rigid CF wheels (which I do like), but this one feels great; I was skeptical at first, but it worked out well. I can get the wheels through one of my contacts (he makes several styles) if anyone needs one.

Thanks for the offer. DB carbon is going to cost me one arm and TWO legs... It's not the priority right now, but might buy a piece from time to time when I don't have anything to do with the car
Funy thing is their carbon shifter only has 6 spd ??

Where did you get the shift boot? Looks so classy compared to the OE look!

Looks great! What weave and finish did you go with? It looks like it's a matte finish. Did you have to send them your original trim as well? I am interested in swapping out my trim as well.
