Thats not a nice respectful way to point out that Soul doesn’t have this product....

AWE sounded great! I believe they may have an ongoing promotion right now as well.

Save yourself the money and don't change the exhaust.

Mid engine? okay - 7% better weight balance but an equal generation will never be as planted as a 911. Ever.

On a 991.1 911 - you cannot simply replace the cats like on a 991.2... Making such a statement confuses the OP and is a giveaway the the person making the suggestion doesn't know what they're talking about and has no experience in this area.
I am not sure what got your panties in an uproar Garfield but settle down, and try being a little human in your replies. I did not say anything about a Cayman being better at anything so where the heck did that come from? And I am sure if the OP looked at the Soul web site and/or contacted them it would have been explained in a very polite manner, something you obviously are clueless about. Finally, I know what I am talking about probably 99% of the time when I chime in so if this is my 1%, which could probably be debated, I will sleep fine tonight.

Thanks for all the info. Sounds like center muffler delete is very favorable and can be easily DIY. I'll be looking into AWE or Shark Werks x-pipe or similar.

Seems like there's a couple price points that are fairly consistent between manufacturers. Looking at all the offerings, Soul's full exhaust system provides a really good value coming in right under 3k compared to many of the others reaching over 4.5k.

X Pipe system $1500-$2000

Full stainless system $3000-$4500

Full titanium system $8000-$10000

I think this is a good summary. I bought the Tubi Style after much research. I didn’t want to take the chance with X-pipe drone. I’m 100% satisfied. It’s sounds amazing and has zero drone. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for

I disagree. For example, high-flow cats for the 991.2 (please take note Gargoyle) are made by numerous makers and countless Rennlisters and others have them and they all produce pretty much an identical sound but the price varies quite a bit. Pulse Racing in Jacksonville installed my Souls and I asked Terry, the owner, about some of the others in regards to quality and he agreed; however, he mentioned that the Akras were not what they used to be and they are now farming out some of the work due to demand since people think that because they cost so much they must be a lot better, which they are not.

Default Exhaust Option

I went with the AWE Switchpath and Fabspeed Sport headers w/200 cell Hi Flow Cats for my ‘14 C4S manual. It sounds amazing with no drone.

Keep an eye out for used x-pipes as the good ones don't really deteriorate and the sound won't be any different. I got mine used and paid $500 for a Sharkwerks and it has worked just fine now for more than 4 years. The dealer installed it for me for $150.

Hey Scott
when you switch out these cats from the OEM does the car still pass emissions? I live in Arizona. Would like to do headers and cats but worry about it passing smog test.
thanks!

Great question - we have various options for that reason. If you go with the headers and sport cats like you said you WILL be able to pass the smog test in Arizona.
