I live in Florida but we get a decent amount of rain. I can say that when it has fogged up, one min of the front defroster on clears the rear glass right up.

I just spent a week up north during heavy rain and light snow conditions. Zero issues with fogging of the rear. I just ran the defrost and worked like a charm. What I did have a problem with was my AntiGravity battery. However, it took 3 consecutive days of 20 degree temperature to finally trigger, first the "limited steering support" error some have seen, and on the final day, a your "battery needs to be charged" or something like that message. In both cases, warming up the car and specifically warming up the Frunk area was the key to get it to go away. BTW, the car ran fine, but the messages would finally go away after about 30 minutes of driving or warming.

Thanks for those responses. I think I'm about the pull the trigger on a 2019 911 T. What's odd is that the window sticker for the car specifically says the rear window has a defroster, but it's there's no mention on the build sheet of a "delete" of the lightweight glass. Hmmmmm .....

The window sticker which you are referring to - is this the original window sticker that was on the T when new at the Porsche dealer?

I think I answered my own question, by looking at a Monroney sticker from a 2019 T.

is it safe to assume that the sticker you are referring to is not the Monroney sticker back from when the T was new?

If the car has defroster lines or a rear wiper, it’s the standard glass and not the lightweight glass.

Not sure what they mean by tinted glass but privacy glass deleted the light weight glass too (and added a defroster)

No, it was the "sticker" accessed through Monroney listed on the dealer's website. The actual window sticker only has the options listed, like the one above. Is that how they do it nowadays, with no mention of all of the standard features, just the options? Perhaps the Monroney sticker just uses standard, generic language for the features on all 911s that doesn't address the defroster question. Either way, the dealer confirmed the 911 T I'm buying comes with the defroster-less lightweight rear glass.
