I have the CTEK 4.3 and love it. Cigarette lighter adaptor kept popping out from time to time. I just went ahead and hard mounted it to the battery and only have to pop my Truck to plug it up when I pull in. Frunk closes just fine with the cord hanging out.

Thats the one I have, works great. I have the cigarette lighter too which is how I keep my car plugged in all winter.

I have the Porsche (CTEK) 955 044 900 54 which was set up to charge my 997 on the top of my lift. I have a CTEK MUS 4.3 set up for my other car at the bottom of the lift. On my 997, the Porsche tender would not work through the lighter so I had it connected directly to the battery and it worked fine. I have since purchased a 991.2 GTS Targa and plugged in the Porsche tender through the plug in the footwell.
Two questions: (1) Will the older Porsche tender work as it should on a 991.2?; and (2) Should I switch the tenders and use the CTEK MUS 4.3 on the Porsche?
I just put my 991.2 on the Porsche tender today so I cannot tell how well it is working yet.

If it matters (and it doesn’t) the 3300 is the Porsche branded trickle charger that you pay through the nose for. I have the CTek 3300 and am completely satisfied with it.
