Heated washer nozzles removed for 991.2?

Heated washer nozzles removed for 991.2?
Does anyone know why Porsche revised the heated washer nozzles revises to regulars untreated nozzles in the 991.2 refresh?
There is mention in the online Porsche 2012 - 2016 owners manual that the system turns on the heated nozzle jets at the windscreen with the ignition.
There is no mention in the manual of the feature for the 2017+ reviews 991.2.
Also, I took a look at the exploded parts diagram, "search keyword jet", and saw that the nozzle is a jet without any electrical leads.
My headlight jets freeze consistently... which is not a great feature.
I thought my windscreen nozzles froze this morning but it turns out the hose broke... fixed with electrical tape for now.... dealer tomorrow for a repair.
Btw... worst hose material ever...

Not sure why but I love the fact that my 2019 does not have headlight washer warts staring at the headlights.

Because they are useless, and cause more trouble than they are worth would be a good start as to why. And then there is always the fact they are ugly, and stupid looking. They make it look like Porsche forgot to add the headlight wipers.

The headlight washers were never heated as far as I can see. In fact mine are always frozen...

The windscreen nozzles on my '17 991.2 are apparently heated. I'd think all of the other 991.2's are the same.
There is an electric line to the hood on the drivers side. There is nothing else in the hood that is electric, and the nozzles look just like the one I found in this photo with an electrical lead (this one from an 2014 Boxster).
Part number is 99162807300. This link shows fitment for 2017 991s (they don't seem to have 2018 and up in their catalog).
