Default PTS Availability

im new to PTS but considering placing an order for a T in PTS color. Is there a list of available colors? Does it vary by model? Considering Maritime, Albert or Oslo Blue or Non-metallic slate grey with Pepita interior. How does pricing work for interior and exterior, etc? Trying to get as much info as possible before I visit my dealer. Thanks guys!!

Hi,

No PTS or CXX options are available for a T. Unfortunately. Allocations for Ts are also coming to an end, so if you can live with one of the colors offered and no trick bits, best to see a dealer soon to try and secure one.

Good luck!

Not available on T as mentioned. Pricing is $11k and change. Custom seats are $14k for front and rear (and if only fronts $8900) and you must have non-4 way seats.

Dealer has a current list of approved PTS colors.

The closest to what you want in a T woud be Miami Blue and order the Bucket seats, then you can change the seat inserts to pepita as @tgavem did on his T.

I came across a similar thread several weeks ago. It seems only select dealers have a small selection of PTS samples. Also from what I understand, the Porsche Experience Centers in Atlanta & L.A. have them.

I will try to locate that thread, it was very interesting.

Here are some Porsche Blues:

love the buckets but need back seats for the kiddies.

Got pics though? I can't find them in any of his posts.

I think MAACO can do it for less.

Got this from the dealer yesterday. Apologize for the poor quality.

Yea, not sure about that.

The print out I think is a guideline.

For example a 992 color is Aventurine Green Metallic. I wanted to get it for a 991 allocation next month, however it’s a PTS. Not worth $11,400.

Well since Sapphire Blue isn’t offered any more, it would make sense to be added as a PTS. Glad I got mine! Hard to see paying $11k for a special color lol.

Honestly, I think there is only a handful of vintage Porsche colors that are worth the new PTS price. Back when PTS was $5500, I was surprised there weren't more takers. Seemed like a steal. But now, you really need to make sure you choose wisely.

I considered it, to get a rather "special" car at $5500, but I didn't want to wait the additional six months or so for it.

At $11k, though, not sure I would have considered it. I would rather put that money into other parts of the car (PCCBs, Burmester, new wheels, etc).
