Default New 991.2 (<200 miles) and lug nuts torque

I set my torque wrench to 118 ft∙lb and checked the torque of my lug nuts. Some rotated a bit (like, 2-3 degrees) before the wrench clicked. Is it that my torque wrench needs calibration, or is it normal that the lug nuts need some re-torquing few hundred miles after the factory? Could I have over-tightened the nuts?

I am a complete noob, obviously. Thanks for your help!

Normally the factory already accounted for the lug nut stretching. I found out the factory torque seems to be always higher than the specified torque setting.
For new lug nuts...yes, you have to re-torque them after about 200 miles due to stretching.
