And welcome to the Rennlist forums - there's plenty of lighthearted ribbing here - don't let it bug you, it's all in fun.
And you'll learn stuff here, especially from STG who I think actually does know everything there is to know.

No! Please come here first! You'll get more answers than you can shake a stick at! Half of them won't even be sarcastic!

As far as mods go, I agree with what was posted above - I wouldn't paint the calipers red.

One simple cosmetic mod a lot of people like is to swap out the amber sidelights with some clear LED ones (they still light up amber). It's an easy swap you can do yourself - you can order them here if your dealer can't get them.

Thank you so much! I’ll take a look. Definitely will learn stuff here, the light hearted ribbing....no problem. When someone comes at you condescendingly, right offf the bat....not cool. I have thick skin, no biggie, I can take it and dish it...as they say
appreciate your help!

Richris1, you'll be just fine around here. Most would have shriveled up already. Hey, maybe its a GT3 Touring? Could you still be confused. Go do 9,000 rpm, and report back. You don't even need to wait for the oil to hit 180.

I have never seen so many rude comments in one thread.

OP - You purchased a great car. A car you can drive today. Enjoy it as often as possible.

I’m not going to be the guy on the forum who boasts about anything, glory days, etc....
If asked, I’ll certainly share any knowledge, or answer questions I have a knowledgeable answer for....
But to address your comment...yes..I’ve owned several, along with several other similar brands, supercar or two, etc....

***more clarification....I was shopping 2018 and 2019 models...I didn’t care either way
Pretty sure 2017,2018 and 2019 are virtually identical. 992 is MY 2020

Once the 992 is up on the configurator, I doubt very much this will change. You will just have to "know" from other sources, such as this forum, that the 991.2 is no longer able to be custom ordered & now you are custom ordering a 992.
No, when you build a car it clearly says your 2019 91150...

Congrats on the new 911. I live in SRQ also. Flash your lights if you see me....

ps - it doesn't really matter what the model is if you love it. Remember George Costanza? "It's not a lie if you believe it's true"

We really need to be kinder, and more helpful to first-time RL posters. Good thing Richris1 has strong intestinal fortitude.
