my original question simply asked......
Are the newer style 19’s not available? Or is this what the 19 ended up being?
Thank you for any help/clarifications
i clearly didn’t word it properly, and have already stated that fact. I wasn’t asking why my car isn’t a 992. Thanks for your input 👍

Hi, thank you very much! I bought the car in Sarasota.

Cool, when I see "FL/GA" I assumed you were near the border and Jacksonville Porsche is the closest.

Do you have any plans to start modding it? If so there is a lot of info here to help you decide what is best, or what you might like.

we split time between our FL home, and we have a home in the GA mountains as well. The only modification I’d like to do at the moment is get the red calipers. Thank you for the information.

Disclaimer: Please note that this is a joke. BUT it did come to mind when i read the original post. Carry on and enjoy the ride.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent post were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Richris1: Okay, a simple "wrong" would've done just fine.

Heh heh That was me. This is a worthy follow up on his part - Buys a 911 and wonders why he doesn’t have the (as yet unreleased) new model. Classic.

Onnnnnn the other hand. That’s a gorgeous car Chris. Nicely done

Congratulations on your new 991.2. I also just bought a new 991.2 and the people here have been welcoming and helpful. I’m a Porsche neube also. Definitely join Porsche Club of America. If there is anything pm me.

Thank you! But again.... wasn’t wondering why I didn’t have new model. Was wondering, because I didn’t see any articles, internet stories, etc...saying the current model will be badged as a 2019. The only thing I remember seeing was the changes for the “2019” model. But all the articles, internet stories, were only information thru Aug/Sept. I guess I definitely picked my wording wrong 😫
***more clarification....I was shopping 2018 and 2019 models...I didn’t care either way
