Comfort setting provided me with a great ride and 14k miles on the rear tires (one track day).

Air up to the setting in the instrument panel. The door pressure is full load at high speed.......balloon settings!

Btw, if you take your car in for service to a Porsche dealer, they air up to the door pressures unless you ask them not to.

Always comfort! Unless you're planning to ops-test the vehicles maximum speed.

Hi Kage65,

I started this thread (see link below) a week or so ago regarding tire pressures....I am trying the 31/37 for "partly loaded". Others run 29/31 and 29/33. I would disregard the door jamb sticker as that I believe is for fully loaded 165mph+ driving and the 911 drives pretty stiff with pressures that high.

So far I find 31/37 quite comfortable.

30/35 made a huge diff in comfort compared to max. May drop rears to 33 .

30/33 cold is good for street, and keeps errors away when set to comfort. Even though that's what you want cold at track. I want to try 29/32 with Nitrogen. Sick of bleeding so frequently at the track. Hoping for more consistent pressures at track.

If you read the sticker on the door more carefully, it says "See the owner's manual for additional information". Unless you are on the track or hauling a full load frequently, most of us can use the comfort settings as recommended by the others above.

If you select Comfort in the multi-function display then use the Fill Info mode, the reported deltas (+/- PSI) will tell you how much to adjust the tire pressures regardless of tire temperature since that mode takes the tire's temperature into account. Sometimes it's not convenient to wait until the tires are "cold" to set the pressures, so this makes that easy.

Now if it is not a daily driver and tends to sit in the garage for weeks at a time would you set the tires to the pressures noted in the door jamb to keep them from flat spots?

I find it seasonal/temperature/driving habit dependent. The P-O’s are definitely harder riding in cooler weather so I tend more towards comfort early spring and fall, and pressure up to summer/partial -1 in the summer or more enthusiastic driving, always temperature compensated for correct desired pressure.
