There's a thread you can search here about that, I believe there was a bad glue batch used by Porsche or something?? I have the same issue on mine and worse. I have scheduled an appointment with my dealership to replace both door panels through warranty. They have to order it a couple weeks ahead of your scheduled appointment btw.

Same issue on 2018 C4S Cab. Dealer ordered new door panel. A known issue covered by warranty.

Thanks for the search nudge. I’ve been reading up and looks like the fix is a panel replacement $3k!!! I’m still hunting search to see if there is a DIY fix... anyone try that yet?

There is not a good DIY fix as the panel comes loose and warps. Dealers and Porsche are well aware of the issue and have repaired cars out of warranty as a courtesy.
If you try a DIY and it doesn't hold you may lose out on a proper fix.

Is the leather lifted from the plastic backing? Or is the plastic panel warped? I can't tell from the photo.

If the plastic is warped and you would have to fork out $1200 for new panel. I would try a heat gun on the back of the door panel. Remove the plastic end piece and hold the door panel in position as it cools.
