Not much on factory orders. 2-3% at most.
Usually can get the dealership to throw in PPF, tint, clear sides, rubber mats, discount winter rubber, throw in battery maintainer, etc. Which does add up.

Lot cars are a different story and you can likely get a better deal there (but won’t be exactly what you would order).

Biggest difficulty is getting allocation. When I had my C4 GTS built it was the only allocation in the country and my dealer had to trade a few cars away for it. Needless to say, discount off MSRP for me was a non-starter because of it (170k+ build) I wasn’t going to let the allocation get away for a couple percent. They have certainly made up for it in add ons, parts and service. I’m more than pleased.
