Default 991 Rear engine Fan Grommets and Cover Grommets

I was pulling the fan cover off my engine today and noticed I was missing Grommets. It is not clear what Grommets are what. Here is what I learned:
Part# 991-624-353-00 is the Grommet that fastens the plastic Fan cover that has 3.4 or 3.8 printed on it to the body of the car
Part# 958-110-673-00 fastens the fans to the fan cover.

I hopes this helps others that have lost Grommets during an oil change or belt change....

Thanks!
Just noticed I am missing two fan to chassis grommets.
As a side note the finish on my engine cover has now been damaged as it was loose and this meant it came into contact with the lid, so probably a good idea to double check after oil changes.

I noticed one of the grommets was missing while changing the oil. It's the one that connects the air intake housing to the body. Any idea what part number it is?
I circled it in red in this screenshot.

I think the damn car eats them. I can't tell you how many I purchased for my two C2's. The first time it happened I thought it was carelessness and a lack of familiarity. After two oil changes, I purchased a bunch of them and went though them like water on a hot day. Just a ridiculous design. A tip for those who bring their car to the dealer or Indy for oil service, check your car before you leave. You probably will be shy one or two.

I have lost a few in my years as well.

During the next oil change I might remove them all and add a dab of silicone caulk to keep them from falling out.

I just bought some of the rubber grommets for the fans. They have been slightly redesigned and have a new part number. In case you need those the old number is 991-624-353-00. The new number is 9P1-959-841.

Part #13 is what I believe worked for me. Part# 99711023900. Sounds right by the description of part#13.

Just curious, can you see the difference in the old vs. the new part? Is there a design change or just a renumbering. I don't have to deal with these any more, I traded grommets for CL's. Glady would take the grommets over the CL issues.

The new design is a two piece construction with a larger diameter ring pressed onto the main body of the grommet. The ring is felt like, unlike the rubber body of the grommet. It appears the main body of the grommet has also had a slight redesign. These changes should help to keep the grommets from pushing thru the holes in the fan housing and body.
In the photo below the new design is on the left.

that would likely solve the issue.

I just want to clarify that there are TWO diff grommets.

1. for attaching the fan to the body is 9P1-959-841 (this is the redesigned part. old is 991-624-353-00)

2. for attaching the duct is 997-110-239-00 (the ones I outlined in red in my earlier post)
