I am posting a request to use a 2012-2014 911 4S coupe for a sound and visibility study in Seattle on 9/22/2018. I work for a forensic engineering company and we are investigating a collision which occurred between a 911 and another vehicle in Seattle. The purpose of this study is to determine what the driver of the Porsche could hear from inside the vehicle and the Porsche driver's visibility in the intersection.

We are willing to compensate an interested party for their time and use of their Porsche. There will be a few human factors experts and attorneys present for this study. The study will only last for a few hours and will occur in downtown Seattle.

So you're probably trying to figure out why the 911 would be somewhat responsible for the accident?

Too loud? Bad visibility? Etc ....

 

I can't give too many specifics regarding the case, but the study is simply to determine what the Porsche driver could see and hear from inside the vehicle at the subject intersection. We are only looking to obtain empirical data for our analysis.

 

I'm in Portland and if the compensation and need was large enough, I may be able to make a trip.
