Usually up 95% of the time, I think it looks better and gives more of a closed cabin feeling. Do you guys make sure the belt goes on top of the black plastic thing instead of the side when in up position? I usually have to hold the seat belts out a bit when i fold up, otherwise it gets caught in the gap.

I also like the idea of the backseat belt buckled, haven't thought of that before. Will try it out.

I sometimes put my workout bag, small grocery or shopping bags back there and being able to put them in the bucket of the seat tends to keep them in place better than just resting on the shelf. This is especially helpful when you forget they're there and hit a cloverleaf with enthusiasm.
