Back Seats - Up or Down ???
How do you ride - up or down, especially if you do not have regular back seat riders. What is your preference and why? Just esthetics or preference for practicality either way?

I do too. No particular reason.

Usually down....makes me think I am driving a 2 seat sports car rather than a family car. Also, minimize sun damage to the seats by keeping them down.

I've scratched up my seats in a few places with boxes and plastic totes so I leave them down so I can toss stuff in the back on a flat surface.
I use the little cubbyhole it created for a hat or 2 and some other softer items.

Always down. Had a red/black checkered coco mat made for that space to match the ones in the front foot wells. I used to have a Lloyds custom mat back there, but when the targa top is down, the Lloyd's mat would "get air", and the coco mat is heavier and stays put. Its a great look and helps to add a little color to my all black interior. Makes for a great shelf for tossing a jacket, or whatever is needed back there.

Down....nice flat spot for the windshield visor to sit.

Always down! Lower center of gravity! And the back seat interior looks better with seat backs down, especially with my Red seat belts hooked over the "ears" on the outside tops of the seatbacks. Those "ears" are included just for this.
