what did you glue to what exactly ? Looks like you didn't even remove the panels from the door ? Curious... how that worked because in my case not only was the foam separating from the plastic backing, the backing itself was warped - there was nothing I could glue to.

There is a hard platsic support wrapped under the panel, so I bent the panel up further to get access to the support, using a small toothbrush to apply the adhesive all over the support and inside the panel. I think using wood pieces and paper tape to hold pressure on the panel until the position be permanent is the key. The flexibility of the wood pieces keep the pressure on for a long time, I left it overnight before taking things off. No, I didn't need to remove the panels.

I've been following this thread and other threads on the same subject. Can someone tell me if they've experienced this problem with full leather door panels? I've scanned all the example photos and none appear to be from cars with leather door panels. Curious if that's true.

Funny Corvettes have the opposite problem. It's the full leather dashes that warp and shrink. Some people literally replace them with the vinyl when they can.
