Perhaps if you parked this in front of your dealer PCNA might be persuaded to do the right thing.

what did you glue to what exactly ? Looks like you didn't even remove the panels from the door ? Curious... how that worked because in my case not only was the foam separating from the plastic backing, the backing itself was warped - there was nothing I could glue to.

I didn't need to take the panels off.

Damn it, didn't think about that, it would be fun. Dealer did admit that it's workmanship or material quality problem......shouldn't happen to cars at this caliber.

There is a hard platsic support wrapped under the panel, so I bent the panel up further to get access to the support, using a small toothbrush to apply the adhesive all over the support and inside the panel. I think using wood pieces and paper tape to hold pressure on the panel until the position be permanent is the key. The flexibility of the wood pieces keep the pressure on for a long time, I left it overnight before taking things off. No, I didn't need to remove the panels.

I've been following this thread and other threads on the same subject. Can someone tell me if they've experienced this problem with full leather door panels? I've scanned all the example photos and none appear to be from cars with leather door panels. Curious if that's true.

It just dawned on me. Porsche doesn't mind the fact that people now realize the standard non-leather interiors are CRAP. It's simply an effort to get everyone to order full leather.

Brilliant!

Funny Corvettes have the opposite problem. It's the full leather dashes that warp and shrink. Some people literally replace them with the vinyl when they can.
