Default Setting up Twitter in the Porsche

Okay, I fully expect this to fall on deaf ears.

However, I am having a very difficult time setting up Twitter in my car. It's listed as one of the Apps, but it continues to tell me to set it up on my computer (but, in overly complicated Porsche speak).
When I go to "My Porsche" and then proceed with the setup, it always goes to a blank screen on my browser and tells me that the service is unavailable.

I actually use Twitter a lot, so it really would be nice to have this setup.

Is anyone out there experiencing the same issue?

Thank you!

I don't use Twitter, but out of curiosity I tried to do the Connect Plus setup for it and got a blank screen too. I tried two different browsers (Safari and Chrome) just in case it was a browser-compatibility problem. On Chrome I eventually got the message below. I would suggest just calling their support line at 1-800-767-7243 between 8am and 7pm (Eastern I think).

Thanks. I probably will do that.

I tried Chrome and Safari on a Mac. Then, switched to a Windows-based computer and tried Chrome. No go.
