Totally humbled by the experience. I learned so much and where before I thought you needed a GT3 or better to go really fast on a track...my C4S got passed, more than once, by a couple driving a base convertible.
Its all all about the turn entry and power application thru the apex. Good lines build into great lap times.
Being passed doesn't mean anything. Going there and making it back is the most important part of the deal. Besides some mechanical issues, the day was without an "event" and that's a win for all of us.

I was there riding shot gun. I love the quote above, it really puts into perspective how ridiculous all the GT3 vs Pinto, power mod 1 vs power mod 2 threads are on RL.....fast is the driver who brakes the least and drives the shortest distance.
Weather was awesome and we really lucked out compared to how the rest of the weekend went for those of us in the Chicagoland area.
