You know it. Well.....I do know the new owner is having fun with my exhaust on his new car...

I've been getting alerts from the new Owner of my old GTS w/ MY EXHAUST on the Porsche Connect App.
Location, miles, whenever he goes greater than 100mph (since I had that speed fence setting).

Let's just say I have taken some nice screen shots of ALL ACTIVITY of the new owner.
The dealer in Atlanta may underestimate me and what I have recorded both while at the dealership, on the phone as well as since I left Atlanta...

check your State law regarding the recording of phone calls. GA is a “one party notification” State. That means as long as one party knows a call is being recorded that is okay. Some States require both parties and over State lines Federal law may apply. Usually, if both States are One party Notification States then you are okay tho I am not 100% sure on that.

Thx. If it gets to the point of contacting an attorney, I will certainly have him/her verify what can and cannot be used.
Thx again.

Not how I roll.
I have succeeded because I don't give up. It's not about the money....its the point.
Yes, my time is worth something....but I think I'll enjoy this

A very nice Sales manager from Atlanta called me this afternoon.
They are ordering the part to fix the actuators on their dime.

They will be removing my Akrapovic exhaust and holding at dealership for me when I return to Atlanta for a business related trip later next week.
I cannot wait to post a pic of my exhaust between 7-15 days from now to put an end to this story.

Thanks everyone for the advice and health debate.

Congrats on the GT3!

Glad you got this resolved. I know the service managers at both of the ATL dealers and would be happy to assist you in any way I can.

What are you doing with the exhaust now

Thanks my friend! Great to hear from ya.

Definitely going to sell the Akra.... in order to raise funds for a proper GT3 exhaust.

The GT3 stock exhaust aint got nothing on the Akra center/high flow cat 991.2 GTS.
....except beyond 4k rpms

I'll believe it when I see it. Sorry for all your trouble. This sounds super annoying.

Thats shady as **** on your part posting anything having to do with the new owner...and since you don't own the car, you should remove it from the Porsche Connect.

...not cool to post anything to do with the new owner.. He/she may end up being a victim just like you....who knows if the dealer told him/her that the exhaust system was part of the deal.

Haha. I'm not worried about it.

What I posted... provided no personal identifiable information.
Congrats on your 12th post. You made it a good one.

What does you bragging about succeeding, and your ego have to do with me being successful getting my $5500 Akra exhaust back.

Another great add. Thx
