Hope I get the chance to work something out with you.
I need an exhaust BAD on my new GT3.
Way quieter than I was expecting, coming from the 991.2 GTS.
Doesn't have to be Akra again....but Dundon, GMG, etc.

Are they even allowed to CPO car with after market parts? I would definitely make it clear that PCNA, on line forum and a lawyers would be involved if the issue is not remedied. They maybe buying time hoping you forget about it and go away specially since you are out of town.
I asked them the same question...
Evidently, PCNA changed some rules and gives them more latitude now.

Is this Hendricks ? If so these are the same jackbags who are refusing to do PPI's.

You would have to bring an action against the Atlanta dealership because you have no privity of contract with the Mich dealer. The ATL dealership can then pursue their own action against the Mich dealer. The issue is that no attorney would take such a low value case and your remedy is probably best achieved in small claims court. Good luck!

The Atlanta dealer should never have re-sold your car without being able to meet your agreement to put the OEM exhaust back. Did you give them permission? They violated a contract there. This is on them to negotiate a fix.
Does the new owner want a louder exhaust, or the OEM one?
Right path would have been to stop the deal until the 4 parties worked it out. If it can't be fixed for less that $2600+ install you and the ATL dealer could have "sold it" to the new owner and worked it out.
After the fact you're relying non goodwill to get this resolved. Good luck!!

There are 3 bolts per actuator. I think Atlanta indicated at least 2 on each are broke and loose. That means there is only one bolt remaining to secure each actuator.
Only a matter of time before additional damage will occur in current configuration.
Why would they do that to the other new customer???
This is getting even MORE & MORE SHADY.

What's worse for the new owner of the GTS w/ my exhaust is the fact that most of the bolts are broke/spinning (not torqued to spec anymore) and thus not tight on the valve actuators.

Check the contract re Arbitration rules. Also, if legal action needs to be taken in Georgia, small claims courts are called “Magistrate” courts and have jurisdiction up to $15,000 though both sides have a right to a “de novo”appeal to State Court if they don’t like the outcome.
