Default Best Tire Care product?

Looking for suggestions for the "best" tire care product with the following qualities:
1) Easy to apply
2) No staining of driveway
3) No staining/spotting of the rims
4) Does not need to have the shiny finish - matt is ok

Aerospace 303 or Vinylex. As for your #2 and #3......just apply with care. If you want to get fancy, use a floor jack & pad, lift that corner, spin the wheel with one hand, and apply with cloth, the other hand. Works great.

Aerospace 303 has been the one for the last 10 years. It conditions the rubber but does not leave the shiny/slick look.

You apply by thoroughly wetting a small throw-away piece of terry cloth. Do about the 90% of the wheel's circumference, then roll the car a foot or two, and finish the part that was at the bottom. No mess no fuss. You don't spray on the tire, you use a small cloth.

That sounds better than your first post... This works with #1. And even better - I have some in the garage as I use it on rubber trim etc.

I use VRT from Adam's Polishes. I apply it to an applicator sponge and then wipe it onto the tire with the damp sponge. It works very well. It's more of a matte finish, which is what I prefer. It's also a local company for me, and I like to support Colorado businesses if I can. I see that you're in Iowa, so shipping would be pretty fast.

I may have to give Aerospace 303 a try in the future though. It sounds very good also.

I've used a bunch over the years and CarPro PERL is my go-to now. Can be diluted to your desired level of gloss or lack thereof.

303 is my secondary choice and I use that sometimes on my truck but it's just a standard protectant, which is really a different product than any SiO2 ones like PERL.

Neither "stain" my driveway at all but when it rains, the spots where my excess product gets look "bleached" almost compared to the darker wet pavement surrounding. I think it's because the SiO2 makes that section of concrete slightly less absorbent. Weird. Haven't tried to pressure wash or otherwise remove because it doesn't bother me...

I also use Car-Pro Perl diluted 1:1, leaves a nice matte finish that lasts for several weeks, easy to apply with a small sponge.
Added bonus is it also works great as an interior detailer. Used to use Adams interior detailer which I thought was great but after using Perl I now prefer the slightly enhanced finish where Adams was a bit flat. Also very economical, 2 bottles for 1 when diluted.

I use Meguiar's Endurance Tire Gel, the one that is purple and you guessed it, smells like grapes.

I've been using Griot's "Vinyl & Rubber Dressing" for years. Very easy to apply with one of their blue detail sponges and will last through one or two washes. It leaves a nice satin finish. Not real glossy, if that's what your looking for. Griot's says it's also good for interior plastic trim and door seals as well. I've only used for tires so I cannot comment on that. Oh, and a eight ounce spray bottle last about a year and cost only USD10.

I washed my car this weekend after applying over two weeks ago and the tires were still beading up like crazy, typically I re-apply every three to four weeks.
The key though I think is to make sure the tires are clean before initial application, I use Tuf Shine tire cleaner and brush until it runs white and the rubber is super clean.

I am into the Gyeon products and the Q2 Tire is really good stuff. Nice matte look, no splatter when driving,
