Before that. Cars built in June can reach the East coast of the US in as early as 6 weeks.
As two examples: I've done two Porsche European Deliveries over the past 5 years. Both cars were built in June. I drove them around Europe for 2 -3 weeks in July. Dropped them off at the end of July and the cars were at my house by the third week in August.
