Smile Buying my First Porsche

I have ordered my 1st Porsche. I can make changes to the order for a couple months.

Am I crazy or is this a good build?

911 Carrera 4S
GT Silver
Leather Interior Black
PDK
PDCC Standard
PCCB
LCA
20" RS Spyder Wheels
Heated steering wheel
Roof Rack
Sunroof Glass - planning to remove. I believe it cannot be opened with rack on.
Bose
14-way seats
Voice control
Dials Racing yellow
Chrono Stopwatch racing yellow
seat belts racing yellow
Premium Package Plus
Sports Package with 3.0 PowerKit

I'm thinking of adding GT Silver contrast stitching.

My Build

Nice spec! Are you going to track it? just curious why you went PCCB over standard.

A new 911 with zero options is a good build.

Did you consider the Bordeaux/black combo with deviated stitching? It looks fantastic with GT Silver. Check it out on the configurator. It gives you some contrast in the interior instead of being all black.

The configurator shows the red as a little bit brighter than in person. I had to go drive one with that color combo myself until I was sold. I love it.

Yes I will drive on the track (2 to 3 times a year). My last car had carbon ceramic brakes and I really like them. I live in Minnesota and don't like rotors when the rust.

My biggest question is the Power Kit. Seems like a nice way to boost with out risking warranty.

Great build... a few options that I ticked that might be worth considering...

1) Power Steering Plus... not driven one without it but the steering on mine at car park speeds is very user-friendly
2) Smoking package for the cover over the cubby in the centre console
3) Privacy glass rear and side... not as dark in real life as on configurator

Good luck deciding

I am not going all black, going with yellow to tie in the brakes on the out side.and yellow seats belts.

1) power steering plus - not needed. fake assisted steering at slow speeds. steering is easy as is.

2) smokers package is a

3) get tint all the way around after the buy by a good shop. why have only rear widows slightly tinted from factory?

I thought about it, but a little lower, and I think a little stiffer.

I will daily drive, and will track 2 to 3 times a year. I felt the 4S was a little smoother in comfort mode.

Because the actual glass is tinted without a film. One can film tint the door glass to match if they wish.

Suspension is the same. If you are spending money on the Powerkit might as well get the GTS which has the Powerkit and more...and you save money too.

The GTS can be configured with the standard PASM suspension if that's your concern. It's a $0 option.

Some may not like the wider body.
