Its funny that in my 30+ years of driving, the ONLY time I had to change a tire was while driving a Porsche.... Macan. I am glad it had a collapsable spare tire as the roadside assistance said it would take them well over an hour to arrive. It took me a little over 15 minutes to change the tire. I have thought about having an emergency compact spare tire in case of a longer trip thru the middle of nowhere.

I have some first-hand experience using slime sealant (www.slime.com) on another 911 owners car about a year ago. Short story: it works. And is now a permanent part of my travel kit. Apparently the Porsche “slime” has an expiration date and reportedly ruins the tire. The slime brand slime rinsed out with water. And smelled nice too.

I hate to admit it, but I haven't tried it. However, I've used flimsier looking scissors jacks before and they worked fine. But I would want to be on level pavement to use it. It's strictly for an emergency, when rotating, or even removing the tire would make it easier to insert the tire plugs.

Cuz I think my date would be more impressed when I call in my personal G5 to pick us up.

As low as the car sits, I think you'd find it hard to get any type of jack under the car with the tire down. And my experience with AAA towing is that even with a roll back, they very often do not carry the necessary boards to get our cars on with the low front clearance. As good as the centerlock wheels look, I wish that mine had regular lugs for this very reason.

Correct. The inflated rear tire and factory wheel fits on passenger seat of my 997.1, 997.2 and 981. I tested it. Tight fit for sure but doable. Assume will fit in 991 too since cabin is bigger.
