New Hampshire: Take any exit off of Routes 95, 93, 89 then take a left or a right and you will most likely be on a great "twisty" road that you and your car will love.

Well, ummmm....its already been done. A heck of a lot easier than listing them here. Here's Porsche's Map:

And there are many motorcycle apps as well that show you on your phone - best roads.

In Massachusetts, your best roads are still going to suck, as they’re all destroyed from the winter and pothole-ridden. Also, most of the state is in a perpetual state of road construction, but better options are to go down to the Cape or head way out west to Palmer or Western, MA and the Berkshires. On Cape, Falmouth has some great, windy roads along the coast. You also have down past Provincetown.

Lots of the rural roads in NH are fun and usually empty. Got to pick your times to avoid being stuck behind a group of motorcycles in the summers. KH up north is busy and patrolled so not much fun unless during off hours.

I live in horse country South East Pa. The roads here are amazing. Well paved winding roads through some of the most beautiful countryside anyone can see. I moved here from NJ where the best road was 991carreradriver's driveway.
I drive backroads every day to work and have never seen law enforcement, just be careful of the livestock and deer.

Burning Brakes
Sussex County NJ
Walpack -Flatbrook Rd aka NPS 615
15 miles.
Start at Tuttles Corner, NJ end at Millbrook, NJ
TIght technical road that follows the Flatbrook River - few side streets that enter only a hand full of houses along the road. A few epic turns. Look at a map of the surrounding area as there’s a few good roads. County Rd 519 is in the area and it’s pretty good for NJ.

Pennsylvania
Route 739
Start at Dingmans Ferry, PA and End at Lords Valley, PA.
If you cross from NJ to PA over the Dingmans Ferry Bridge you will have the privilege of crossing the only privately owned interstate bridges. They actually stand on the bridge with a bucket and collect your dollar.
Some great banked turns winding through the Delaware State Forest. Be careful as there’s a state police barracks on the route.
