If you're not wild about the interior, cocomats are an easy way to add a fun or retro splash of color. (Plus, the factory floor mats are a joke.)

I'll second the clean comment--those seats don't even look like they've been sat in.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! Interior is growing on me a bit but I’m sure to get it a bit dirty. 600 miles I put on and I already see some light creasing to the seat. I’m super careful not to have my wallet or keys in my back pockets either. I’m also going to apply this “LuxCare” product my dealership offers as I can get it at cost. Not sure about how strong the product really is in the long run, but the main part is that it fully warranties against dyes, paints, jean transfer, drinks, loose stitching and even small rips and punctures. Going for a 6 year protection plan on It. I do have Porsche leather cleaner left over from my previous 996 so that’s probably what I’ll stick with to clean up regularly.

Congrats! Love the 996, and 991. Not a fan of all beige, but it looks beautiful there. Seriously looks so classy and clean that for the first time, I kind of almost actually lust for it.

Loved my 996 (Aero c2 6 speed) and had it for roughly 33k miles or about 5 years. Decided to change up as I had this pristine 991 come through my dealership I work at and just had to jump on it. It is a 2013 model and I picked it up with only 9,700 miles on it. It is a 7 speed manual and although I will admit it was definitely not my first pick for interior color, I love pretty much every other part about the car so far (with the exception of the orange corners, clear ones are already ordered). Could not find a single rock chip, scrape, or interior blemish when I picked it up. I will be reading through the forum as much as I can, but any quick tips, tricks, or pointers would be greatly appreciated! Taking my time going through the owner's manual now. Cheers!!!

Very nice!

The interior is great. You'll be happy.

Someone might have already pointed this out - get rid of those bright orange side markers!! Get the clear LEDs (Suncoast is a good source as always). It takes two minutes to install them.

HD2pct, that was first thing I ordered. Just came in today so I snapped um on. Agreed, clear corners are a must! I was super surprised to see how easy the install was as all of my other cars included removing liners and snapping crappy plastic bits.
