991.1 Prices
I bought a left over '16 c2s in December 2016 and haven't really been following prices since. This morning I looked on cars.com with a 500 mile radius (New England) and filtered 2015 and 2016 c2s and was surprised to see prices in the $90s and lower $100s still. Anyone who's been following, has prices of these last NA Carrera's creeping higher as opposed to depreciating? I was expecting to see 70s and 80s max.

It's odd given how utterly inferior they are to the 991.2.

Subjective. Lots of buyers in both camps, which is why I think prices are holding (in addition to summer/tax season/available capital).
Having driven both cars, I can confidently say the 991.2 is the faster vehicle. For a daily driver, I would take the 991.2 all day with PDK (actually, would probably buy a used TTS instead). For a weekend car, I would go 991.1 manual, as it's more rewarding to drive on the street than the 991.2, and to me, the 991.2 car is inferior for this use case. Same comparison for me with the E92 M3 vs the F80 M3.

That said, we are approaching the point at which older MYs e.g. 13/14 will trade more on mileage and condition, which I personally like

Three Wheelin'
lol, please don't turn this into another debate on the 991.1/991.2. The value question was legitimate.
Smaller sample market, but here in Canada, pricing is the same as it was last year and the year before. A good 991.1 of virtually any variety is around $100k CAD. There are some high mileage or questionable ones in the 80's.
The problem here is the selection. There are around 120 991.1's for sale in Canada right now, but only 16 in a manual transmission. I wouldn't even be able to replace my car right now for the same price or with anything similar.

Advanced
I had an offer recently for about 10k over what I paid for my car. The problem arrived to was what would I replace it with? Another 991, so why bother.

Look on HOT FOR SALE on what cars were selling for up to 3 years ago.
Pricing has been STRONG over past 2 years.
The info and facts are there. Make your own conclusions.

This is why i went with the 991.2 S.... i wanted a 991.1 but the prices we're so high that the difference between the 991.2 nad the 991.2 wasn't a big one...
