I was told the color is discontinued which is common for Porsche to turnover the non-core colors. I am completely unbiased by saying the color is great, different in different light. Like others posted in this thread I receive a lot of compliments on the color. As with most aesthetics, color is subjective and personal.

I would buy GBM in a second. It's a color that for me never gets old. It's stunning in the sun when you can see just a bit of metal flake. Most people think its a matte or flat color at first. I've never had so many compliments on a color.

I may get one someday but this one I find very pleasing!
I'm noting the irony here as your GBM 991 is my favorite & it's difficult for me (as a CW 997 jockey) to understand how your dream 911 isn't the one that you're currently care-taking?!

I ended up with Graphite Blue on my '18 GT3, not because I picked it, but because they had it there and it ticked the options that I would have picked. Didn't really like it at first, but it grew on me quite a lot. Got lots of compliments. I like the blandness. Kinda looks tough, like an aircraft carrier color or something. Kinda low-key menacing.

(Yeah, I know, aircraft carriers aren't exactly that color, but unless I'm looking at one, my mind tells me my car matches an aircraft carrier.)

Plus, is is not a head-snapping color at the gas station, which I view as a benefit. The only people who approach me are other car guys who know what it is.

Have no fear David, I am now fully in love with the GBM on my car. I never imagined I would love a car in a color I was not in love with from the get go or a color that I wouldn't have spec'd myself. I've always loved white and Guards but the 991 body has made me love GBM, Chalk, Sapphire Blue, Agate and some other colors I wouldn't have considered.

And the compliments keep coming for my GBM C2S. It's a beautiful machine indeed.

I love my GBM Carrera. I would not choose GBM over Miami Blue on a GT3 though. You did very well sir!

Default 991.2 Turbo S Graphite Blue

Just picked up this 991.2 Turbo S Cab in Graphite Blue w/ Red roof and interior. I think it's a stunning combination. I've heard rumours that Graphite Blue is now discontinued - is this true?

I've seen a Speedster in a similar spec to this and it looked amazing - not sure if there are other Turbo S' in this spec...

Check P9 Registry website for color combinations, etc and drill down into the site for numbers via options, but don't know if roof color was a selection on the site......

I know there were other cabs in GBM with red interiors, but not sure how many with the roof being red.....

Total GBM cars for 991.2 Turbo S coupes and cabs (2017/18 - is when it was a standard color offering) was 108 total cars......so say 30-40 were cabs and a third were red interior, so maybe 15 cars with exterior/interior like yours......other interiors that were part of the mix were chalk/GB and black or grey........

probably a similar percentage and I would think less than 50 cars since Turbo produced in less numbers than S
