There is only one winner every week. The winner has a choice of taking the car or the cash alternative. As a result of the taxes here we had to accept the cash instead

Its not that unusual... There is a parking lot behind the inspection building at the Davisville port for Porsches, Audi and VW and ... that were totalled before they could be delivered to customers.
