Hey guys I found a great 2012 991.1 S. What things should I specfically be looking in a PPI on it? Any particular problem areas on that model type year that I should be aware of?

Having just bought a 2012 991.1 S some of the main items I read about were the door panels delaminating along the top and change over valve issues. Search both of these topics on Rennlist and you can find the threads. Mine has the interior door panel issue on both doors and is being fixed under CPO. On the change over valves, I'm not sure how a PPI would find this unless they check if they all got updated to the fix. I think I read if it's a PDK transmission it has 8 of these change over valves. I'm hoping mine were replaced.

Indpendent PPI, black box overrevs, paint meter reading all panels,. # of owners above 1 decrease value as well as mods or a car being tracked. See car in person before handing over a check.
