NICELY DONE SIR. I want a T badly but, while I am able, I am just not willing to pay the price. Sadly, I'll just continue to drive my 964. First world problems. : -)

Congrats! I don’t see a resemblance to an RS America car but it doesn’t look bad in my opinion. I still think the forged Rotiform CUP wheels would have done the trick.

It's hard to tell in the photo but do the rear wheels poke a bit?

The Carrera T is not bad value, in my humble opinion.

I'm not a fan of the Roti Cup wheels. They don't look like 964 Cup wheels at all. The rear wheels are 6mm further out than stock.

The point has been brought up again and again (and with some humor by Janko Lind) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7u3sgzU6t8
that the T was meant to be the recreation of the 1987 Carrera Clubsport and I have to say.....That idea has won me over. Is this what might have been?

I did the 911R style stripes in matte black and the T style side stripes without the name in it. Surely a mare aggressive look!

So, now we've moved on from the RS America theme to a Club Sport theme??

Wow just found this thread through a recommendation on the GT3 forum. This is AWESOME - well done!

I'm starting to get very tempted to get a T to do a "retro-mod" along similar lines to this. Someone mentioned a ducktail which is definitely where my thinking is at. I have seen a 991 with a ducktail in the flesh so I know they at least exist.

Please keep updating us with your progress!

I had a ducktail retro-fitted to my 991.1 C2.

i have not yet seen a 991.2 with a ducktail.

Hmmm - am still a little dubious regarding a ducktail for the 991.2.

Maybe ask Porsche, or even Suncoast?

If a ducktail worked on a 991.2, can’t see why Porsche wouldn’t sell one as a retro-fit via Tequipment?

I like what you've done with your car including the shape of the wheels. However, black wheels do what all black wheels do....become non-descript when tires are mounted and/or not in direct sunlight.
