Help Reading DME report
Any guidance or advice on the below is greatly appreciated. this is a 2017 turbo s.
Should I be concerned with Overspeeds or Misfire counter found in this report?
Also- is any information missing from this report? or is this the full DME results?
Thanks!

A 991 Turbo S is a PDK car. Don't worry about over-revs.
Those few over-revs are fine and normal.
What is milegae and total operating hours?

My concern is the Misfires. Is this normal? is this report missing anything or is it complete?

Operating hours is important.
I saw the misfires. I don't know what that means. Ask your mechanic. This is the second DME report I've reviewed today on Rennlist, and the other one (a 987 Spyer) had those, too.
My guess is, the car has about 214 operating hours, so those over-revs are recent, about 6 hours ago and about 210 miles ago.

A complete report is well over 12 pages long. FYI.
Operating hours is important.

Since the report did not contain any P030x code this does not appear to an issue. This is the generic code for engine misfires with the x being the cylinder that is misfiring. I believe the OBD II uses variations in in the crank rotation to generate misfire counts. There is no way to determine the cause by this diagnostic alone. It could be a spark plug, coil, fuel, rough road operation.

If you search the Forum there's a lot of info in the 997 section. Long story short, you're golden. The number of overruns present are numerically insignificant. The number of ignitions you'd have in a fraction of a second is I believe close to 1000, you have 4 in Range 2 which passes CPO with flying colors. You only want to be concerned if there are ignitions in range 3.
I suspect this was from the previous owner doing launch control and computer shifting at exactly the right moment off red-line -keep in mind there's inertia and other things at play. Someone with an engineering background will give some good insight soon!
Good luck!
