Friends, this the build sheet of a car that I am considering as it checks most of my boxes. Dealer says car was a demo and that Porsche had installed an (unknown brand) bra at the factory. Of coarse seller says car is close to perfect as I would think many 3,400 mile cars might be. It also states price is firm at 119,900. If you fellows like it, I think I might run PPI on it.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Don't buy it because we like it, buy because you like it. I think the build is fantastic except for the pdk thingy. I'm a manual guy.

A nice build. What does the dealer say about the tires, new? Some types of "demo" would tear them up a fair bit over that mileage,

Edit. Missed it was a 17 not a 18. Can definitely do better on price.

Thank you fellows! I was sure considering this and think I may pull out.
I have always had my best luck when guying directly from the guy owning and CARING for the car. May pay a little more,..... what's the saying "you get what you pay for"?
Thank you for your time and knowledge!!!

It's a great build but honestly not a great deal. Mark-up in these cars is 10-12%. Are you sure it was a dealer demo or a PCNA demo? If the latter, I'd be a little more concerned as to go it was cared for (ie knowing it's going back into a pool vs. local community).
It's also a lot of miles. I'd pass. There are left over 17s you could get for the same discount.

PDK, PASM-Sport, no sunroof, and bonus, its a demo so reduced risk of getting one that was babied. Don't worry about the model designation, that will peel right off. Well worth it to avoid getting stuck with a car with a sunroof.

Always compare these dealer spec'ed CPO "bargains" (or any other 911 you may be looking at) to the car you would build from scratch for yourself. You might find the that a new car the way you want it is not much more than the used car . You just have to deal with the delayed gratification, and get the allocation. FWIW my 2018 GTS Coupe was not much more than the car you are looking at, new and exactly as I wanted.

it's a really nice spec. the red seat belts on a blue car are a little weird to me, but otherwise it checks all the right boxes.
i know that dealer ... and they typically won't budge on price. i was working with them on a car prior to buying mine and they really wouldn't budge on price at all. i personally think that a 2017 demo should be in the 20% + off msrp range. it's a used car at this point regardless of what they try to tell you. my one owner car was purchased at 27% off msrp back in December.
