Default PPF on 911.2 (Bumper Removal?)

Hi

I read somewhere here that for 991.2 the bumper have to be removed to remove the headlight for PPF install? Is it true?

Trying to think if I should do the license plate magnet trick when the bumper is removed (maybe even doing the grill done)

On my macan i know every time the bumper is removed the parking sensors and camera MUST be recalibrated. I would look into this before messing with the bumper.

Thanks! Interesting, @titan7, did you have problem with parking sensors after you had the front bumper removed?

If you want the edges wrapped along the back edge of the front bumper or on the paint section under the headlight it has to be removed anyway. (Just in case you are choosing to do this).

I was more worried about them removing my bumper so I passed on wrapping there given that they brought the PPF as close to the edges as they could without wrapping it under. The front edge of the hood is wrapped on mine though since that is more likely to get an edge impact. As you can tell I passed on getting the headlights PPF'ed, but there is already enough discussion of that elsewhere.
