Frankly, if the ship heads straight into the Narragansett Sound rather than looping around Long Island, I would not be surprised to see it at Davisville earlier than the scheduled time (or, perhaps, even the date.)

The Athens Highway was well west of the Azores three days ago and making good time. She should not be two-plus days out by now. Of course, there may be something (like the New York harbor detour) that will extend the track that she makes en route to Davisville.

Keep in mind the port may be full and the ship will just sit there waiting its turn. That is what happened to mine for about 36 hours. They are generally pretty close on the schedule. Mine was probably 100 miles off the coast when I started getting position updates on marine traffic again.

Congrats!

The Viking Queen docks in Houston on April 16th. Mine is on Goodwood that arrives 2 days earlier. I am tracking both ships since I didn't know which one my car was going to be on.

Cheers!

By the way, I don't know why VW Group ships all Audi's much, much more protected than Porsche's. Audis have a full cover (see picture above) made out of Tyvek (or something like that), while 911's only have a plastic sheet attached to the body. Weird!

Take this schedule with a grain of salt. The Athens Highway did not make it to Davisville on March 30. Although it is currently due today -- well, tonight -- it is still far enough off shore that the latest position is still from the Azores. Alas.

Hi everyone. I'm from Maryland and found out this week that my 911 GTS is inbound on Athens Highway. I intentionally was only checking in with my sales advisor every couple weeks and trying to preoccupy myself with other endeavors but now it is impossible to do otherwise. So I broke down and decided to do the 14 day trial for Marine Traffic.

It shows the ETA as April 2nd at 4:53 am, which is a little different from the 4 am arrival if you don't have the subscription. And interestingly, Athens Highway is now headed almost due north, straight for Davisville--not through the East River.

This is probably not that helpful because all I have said is that Athens Highway is slightly more delayed, but if anything else comes up I'll post it. The last known satellite position I have is about 10 minutes before this post around 5:37 pm.
