The light color should be the current correct color, mine is 2018’ and they look like your lighter color one.

No resolution yet. I have been in contact with my service advisor several times. They took additional photos and submitted them to Porsche.

Sorry to hear how long this is taking.

Meanwhile, WTF is it with those extra-long bolts on the truck front wheels, especially the pointed style?

According to your vin you don't have " platinum satin" wheels....I'm guessing that's the problem. There is a difference maybe, but surprised the dealer wouldn't know that?

you have "platinum (simi gloss)"

I have a 2014 Cayman S with the same wheels (20" Carrera S )and my build sheet says "platinum satin"

Okay as long as the necro thread is still kicking, let's get more platinum satin in here.

Here are the platinum satin wheels I bought from Porsche a couple years ago as winter set (although the photo is from winter 2019) - I wound up indirectly selling these to a Rennlister with my C4S, but I snapped these photos just beforehand.

Good to know. I wonder why Porsche changed it. Was it just a color tint change (for current "fashion") or did they change the formulation for a functional reason (resistance to staining, stone chips, etc.)?
