OK, now I am feeling worried .... at the Parade all last week and called my wife on Friday to ask about this latest issue and was told it had not come ... did not come yesterday and I was really hoping I would have a new issue to read when I got home.... I sure hope it shows up soon ..........

Ah, all new regular 000 subscriptions start with the latest issue to the time of subscribing, just like any periodical. 000 Subscription S can only be done in yearly sets that go in the metal slipcase, so a 2018 would indeed start with Q1 2018. As noted below on the "subscribe" page:

We are doing Rare Shades at the Canepa Motorsport Museum during this year's Monterey Car Week (come one, come all!), which is free to attend and inexpensive to reserve a space in the display area.

These will pop up from time to time—there is discussion about one on the east coast—but not sure this is what shing911500e meant? Mainly, we're a small publisher of periodicals and that's our primary focus right now.
