You have to be VERY careful doing it that way. There are a few sharp pins etc that stick out of leg hinges, bag tags, towel clips etc. Seats down, lloyd matt and clubs are in there from mid April until Mid October. 2 sets fit.

yeah thats not optimal.. across back seat and with a towel on the bottom plastic portion
