3 current colors being discontinued
3 colors are slated to be discontinued in July 2018: Graphite Blue (personal fav), Rhodium Silver, and Sapphire Blue. I am not sure if this is across all models.

Porsche always offers a silver. It will be interesting to see what replaces Rhodium, for the lower cost option.

This is good news for Sapphire Blue owners. A great color. Very popular selection. Now you can't get it. Limiting availability.

Tried to talk myself into Graphite Blue several times. Couldn’t pull it off.

As a prior Malachite Green owner, I know the feeling.

there was a guy, perhaps in one of these forums, who did the legwork to figure out what percentage of 911s shipped in each color and with specific options. I wish I could find that thread, but I seem to recall that Graphite Blue was shipped on just 4% of the cars leaving Zuffenhausen.

I like Rhodium & SB, meh on the Graphite Blue (that's just me)
Given what a pain and wait it is to get PTS,....I'd really wish they would offer more free or lower priced non-metallic colors then the 4 they always have. I'd pony up the PTS bucks if they had more interesting (at least to me) colors available and there wasn't an additional wait. Would also like to see at least some of the more interesting PTS colors go to the $3K mark. Don't think it will happen though.
