SIRIUS XM renewal

Yeah I pay the $30 for 6 months. Tell them that's the deal you want. If they try to make an excuse why they can't give you that deal tell them to just cancel. They won't cancel.
The only thing is after 6 months they'll renew you for a another 6 months at full price, so you have to again call and say you want the deal you had for the last 6 months. This is what I've had to do with my cars for about the last 12 years or so.

I pay a little more to have the package that plays it on my iPhone. I am a big sports talk listener so I don't care about the reported poor sound quality. With it on the phone I can play it on all my cars not just the one that has the subscription. Worth paying a little more a month that way in my opinion.

I negotiated the lower price on the subscription for my Panamera. The All Access provides internet service as well. I let the subscription run out on my 911, and Bluetooth the feed from my smart phone to the PCM unit. Two cars, one subscription.

I hate Sirius and their business practices! The OP question has not been ansewered yet, he asked about ALL ACCESS and not SELECT. There is no way that you will get All Access for $60 for the whole year, maybe $120. I have tried to get a better deal than $116 for the whole year after they wanted $232 after my renewal and they would not do it. I told them to cancel and they did. Never looked back. I use Apple Music and TuneIn Radio. I won’t do business with any company that doesn't value loyalty and they use the good old “bait and switch”. Sirius Sucks!

It is a pain to use. They offered me $30 for whole year once (I only used it to listen to XM Chill station). They want you to forget calling them hence they can do renewals. I stayed on the phone once for 45min to speak with someone to cancel (followed by a hard sell to stay on the plan...I told them, I fly a lot for work and I am not driving yada yada). I use bluetooth, cds, etc to listen to music.

My experience as well. I really had a hard time cancelling. Fortunately, my credit card expired. I won't subscribe to Sirius again - I like the idea, but the whole business just seemed like a scam.

Three Wheelin'
I've received three mailings from SiriusXM regarding renewal of my trial subscription that's about to expire.
The first one was pushing an "all access package" for $49.99 + fees & taxes for six months or $119.88 + fees & taxes for 1 year. This is a non-starter for me.
The next two were selling a "select package" at $29.94 for six months or $99 for 1 year. Excluding fees and taxes, of course.
I'm considering the 6 month select package and mailing them a check rather than giving them carte blanche with my credit card. We'll see how it goes after that. If it turns into a hassle, I'm perfectly willing to cut them lose.

Same here, I really don't find it to be much of a hassle at all. I have a calendar reminder set every 6 months so I know when to call in to 'cancel' ie. get another 6 months for $30.

What advantage does Sirius have over playing music via Spotify off the iPhone?
