Is there really a "call center" at Sirrius? I don't use them anymore, but when I did and called them, I got the distinct feeling that I was talking to some house mom somewhere who was doing this from home as a part time gig to get some extra cash. Guess they get paid for every account they get or new or renewed. You call, it gets routed to someone's house who has scripts and gives the spiel.

What’s a bit concerning is that many that have complained on this thread, don’t recognize the excessive time they’ve wasted by repeatedly reading/posting, likely more than enough to renew their Sirius subscription for at least the next 5 years,
