You can also try starting Gameload as a desktop app (just go to the Windows menu and type Gameload) just to see if it starts OK. I can't seem to get it navigate to the configurator starting it as a desktop app, though - it always ends up trying to popup a window in Chrome before I get there.

I was finally able to open the window with the big play button. After clicking it a new configurator window will open and load. But still no 3D and then it crashes with the blue page. I tried reloading gameload, unity, chrome, still no work. I do thank you for trying though. I guess I'll give up again.

To clarify, using Windows 10 Pro, Internet Explorer 11 (version 11.192.16299.0) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe".
I had to manually create the shortcut since Windows kept forcing me to use Edge or Chrome.
Once I did that, 3D mode finally worked without any issue.

I had the same problem until I spoke with someone at Porsche to find out what version they were using. I use Internet Explorer 11 and downloaded the Unity 3D Viewer version 4.0.0. You can google Unity 3D viewer 4.0.0 and then look for the older versions tab under resources at the bottom of the Unity page. You might need to click on the Tab "Unity 4.x" to skip from the latest versions on the first page and get right to the 4.x versions and find the 4.0.0 version. At the bottom of the page on the link I provided there are two options for the Unity Editor, Windows or Mac. The file is dated Nov 13 2012. I know some people, like myself, don't always trust random links posted or maybe it doesn't work at some point.

A few months late but maybe it will help someone else. BTW, you won't see your custom interior work until you go 3D and then click on the view interior option at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you move the screen around to see behind you to see the seat stitching, etc. Good luck shopping.

Not for me. Works on my Mac with Safari but slow. We recently went from DSL 3 MBPS to cable 116 MBPS and it went from moving like a glacier to “slow to load”. But it works.
To me the biggest cluster is the way they absolutely ruined the used car search function. I used to browse almost every day. Now, never. Just for fun last week I plugged in park assist, heated and vented seats. Just 3 common options - my results were (0) cars nationwide from 1955-2018. Nice.

Porsche is selling 100k+ cars and can not update their own configurator on this. Unity gave heads up to almost everyone about their plugin like 2 years ago. Sometimes I do question Porsche IT Management decisions regarding their site.
