Struggling with color choice - Please post your Carrera Metallic White pics!
my 2018 GTS Cab build locks next week and I’m keep going back and forth on white vs Carrera metallic white.
Tired my dealer but he only has an SUV in Carrera metallic white and its inside the showroom, which doesn’t really show the cars true outdoor color.
Can you white and Carrera metallic white 991 Cab owners post a few pictures please?
thanks,

Recommend going with the metallic white. If you do a side by side comparison, the standard white has a yellow hue to it. The metallic white is a true crisp white. Unless of course you like yellow....

Search the 991 GT3 Forum. There were some very good comp pictures posted in the past couple years. And it's CarrAra White with an "a".

Here's a video of a Carrara White Porsche Cayman
This thread has both shades of white

Have you looked at Chalk?
Chalk looks amazing in person. I saw a 2018 Turbo S at Porsche Orlando and it was stunning.

Here's one that I was thinking about, but I know there are others:

Wow, great. Thank you guys.
I also see that yellow on the standard white at times. Was it sure if it’s just my eyes as the wife doesn’t see it.
I think that sparkle is worth that extra $720.
These GT3 pics are good examples.
thank you all, I’ll go CMW as I originally had it configured.
Fun driving 🤙

Btw,
looked at the chalk, it has it’s really nice looks at diff angles and lighting, but in the shade and dark it can looses its glamour. At least that is how I see it through my eyes, no offense to any chalk 911 owners, it a beautiful color.
Too bad the dark colors are out of the mix for me due to the black wheels only option in the Turbo config.
We like contrasting between the wheels and body when possible.

Chalk appeals to some and not others. I test drove a MY18 GTS in chalk and the dealer was all googley over it....saying it's the greatest color out there. Even trying to convince me it would help on resale. I'm like, dude, it's a flat cream color. It doesn't make my heart sing. To others it's bad ***, probably because it's a new color and not offered on all models. It is definitely flat...there is no pop or sparkle to it.
