Default 991.1 Headlights

I have a cracked driver's side base Xenon, non-PDLS+, headlight on my 2013 Carrera S. All the headlights have different part numbers through the 991.1 years. The part number I was given by parts dept. is #991-631-225-07. Looking for confirmation that any similar 991.1 Xenon headlight would work. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks,
James

Well, saying "any Xenon headlight would work" isn't the right way to think of this..... In fact ALL 991.1 headlights would "work". They are all the same dimensions and attach in the same way. So effectively you can install any 991.1 headlamp on your car securely. But, depending on the options your car has coded, and the style/design you need, you may find that not every headlamp will function properly and/or may function but throw codes on the MFD. So you should be able to narrow-down your playing field by specifying exactly which headlamp you require -- PDLS +, Black or base, LED, etc. With your VIN handy, just go to a reputable parts database like Gaudinporscheparts.com and you will have the specific part #s for your car available. Otherwise, provide here and someone on RL will help you out.

Good luck!

If you can remove the current light, the part number will be stamped on it someplace. Will start with a 991 code most likely. Can also try calling places like Sunset Porsche, and ask them for the part number. Have your VIN handy.
