UPDATE:

Finally resolved the total loss value with my insurance and was sent a check. They paid $73,000 for the car plus CA tax/registration. (2013 C2S, 75k miles CPO thru 2018).

Currently going to physical therapy, 2 discs in my neck were pushed out and are causing some terrible pain in my back. Hoping we can get that part resolved, since that's more important than the money.

Since other guy was being so uncooperative, hired an attorney and hoping he will represent me well. Once my insurance company furthers along their subrogate, i'll send a claim for Loss of Use.

Cheers!
