Stay away from this 911(rental)- WP0AA2A93HS106548

Who would even consider buying an ex-rental 911? Rent cars are made to be abused, not purchased.
On a related note, anyone see the story recently where Mercedes didn't want to buy a Model S for testing, so they rented one from SixT through their ride share program (literally, renting someone's private car) and ran it through a bunch of rigorous tests, dismantled the entire car to study it, reassembled it, and returned it a week later. And almost got away with it, except an engineer left some testing paperwork in the glove box.

Rental Cars: The best, fastest and most durable cars in the world.
This past Thanksgiving was spent with my entire family at our cabin near Zion national park. We drove to a hike down a dirt road that got narrower, steeper and bumpier as we went along. I was in my truck and another of the group had a SUV. My daughter and her family had a rental Dodge minivan that they stopped periodically to registered their concern. I had to keep reminding them that rental cars were the best, most capable vehicles available. We drove to the end were, with a little push from the group we got them up and off the road to park and then another little push to get them back onto the road to leave. Otherwise--no problem--the van made it down and back with flying colors. Because rental cars...
With that said, I wouldn't want to purchase a rental 911.

Did it follow proper Porsche break-in procedures?

I rent a lot of cars for work. We have a very tight safety program, any reportable accident is just a world of paperwork and BS. Just about the only thing I do with a rental is not look for an end spot and put crap gas in it.

Just a heads up to anyone looking to buy a Hertz 911 with the vin:

This car has seen jumps, burnouts(tough ones), drifts, donuts, races, and just overall reckless abuse... I mean really hardcore abuse.
