Thinking about a 2013 911 Carrera S. Need some advice please.

Do you plan to keep the car for a long time? If so, maybe it's worth considering going all out and having it fully paint corrected and then completely wrapped in clear film. A lot of these clear films are somewhat self-healing so swirl marks aren't as noticeable on them.
I realize though, that this is a huge potential cost for perfection.

I put a partial clear bra on the front end of my red Mustang. I learned some lessons from my first black Mustang. I would probably install a clear bra on the Porsche, although it depends on the current state of the paint. I can see some rock chips in the pictures, so it probably is not great.
Swirls are a whole other issue though. Another reason I have never bought a used car before. Automatic car washes give me nightmares.

Had a look at the service records. There was a dent that was removed (not sure in what panel) and the front lip was repainted, as well as the side skirt. Rear tires were replaced a 25,000 km. Also, the first oil change on record at Porsche is at 21,000 km and two years post initial delivery. Perhaps there were other oil changes that were performed at a non-Porsche place, but I have no way of knowing that.

Ironically that 5 owner red one in Vaughn has a better service record. But this one is the superior car in everything but color I guess. How do the driving dynamics of the C4S compare to the C2S?

TBH I've never driven a C4S. I would imagine it would feel more planted and stable at higher speeds for sure

C2S value
For.some reason.the C2S has a historically higher resale.value later in life than the C4S which is probably worth more for the first 6 years. Same rule applies for coupes vs convertibles. 1st 6 years convertibles are worth the same or slightly higher then their value drops off sharply. Most 991 owners would not even worry about this though as they won't t have the car that long.
