Moe, any chance you can recommend a like-minded shop in South Florida?

Is it possible to apply PPF in the front non painted lip and plastic black parts of a GTS bumber?

Same question obviously for the non painted side skirts and rear PSE central part.

Great question.

Film cannot adhere well to those plastic surfaces. Those trim pieces, not the side front bumper vent with sensor, along front lower bumper and side skirts are designed to be easily removed and replaced.

I have not seen their work in person, but I know of Joe and his work is spoken of very highly in the community:

it’s been many years since I’ve seen their work as well, as Wilson and Sam use to install when I knew them, but these guys are well-respected in community as well:

Finally, I’d cross reference installers of CQuartz Finest Reserve and Suntek or XPEL...ideally, you’d get the same shop and that would also be an excellent starting point.

https://cqfinest.com/services/cquartz-finest-reserve/

alternatively, you can always bring your car down to us, but I’d try the above options first.

and definitely visit the shops you’re considering. You need to find a place YOU feel comfortable with and have chemistry with. Nothing beats a meet-and-greet to get the vibe of whom you’ll be working with now and down the road for maintenance and upkeep; it’s truly a long-term relationship, not a one-night-stand 👍

Moe one question please.

Can a Big Boi blower which throws warm air be used in a PPF car?

Or even more General is OK to dry a PPF car with a air blower?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

if you have a proper coating on the film, absolutely. Any time we can have as few means of contact with the paint or ppf, the less imperfections we induce
